With great sadness we announce that Tricia Murdock has had to leave our company.
Tricia helped us with customer services, Search Engine Marketing, billing and too many
other things to mention. Tricia has been working with us part-time for the last few months
but will only help us now on a "as needed" basis. If Tricia was your main CSR (Customer
Service Representative) you have been assigned to Richard.

To start our the new year we are giving our customers new and improved hardware and software
for our servers. We have installed brand new servers to accomodate our growth, also all
our "old" servers (they are all less than 1 year old) received major software upgrades and
enhancements. We continue with our promise to keep our customers with the latest server
sofware and with plenty of hardware power to provide them "top class" server hosting.

Although most of our server had the capacity to handle 2 or 3 times more traffic we decided to
update them all and keep our customers on the cutting edge of technology - even with the servers
we use. We just finished upgrading all our servers to all-new cutting edge Dell servers. Newer
Operating Systems, Firewalls, databases, control panels, and other software were also installed
on the newer servers to increase stability, security, and features for our customers. These
upgrades took about 4 months are was a lot of work that was only PREVENTIVE and not REACTIVE -
but we believe that you, our customer, deserves the best and as always, we deliver the best
there is!

Many of you have complained and we heard you! Many of you asked for each of us to have
Voice Mail boxes. We looked long and hard to find a solution that would not cost us an
arm and a leg so we could keep our prices the best value in the industry. Due to the wonderful
miracle of VOIP, we have found an affordable solution and we have switched phone
to accomodate the change our new number is 404-418-8943. We timed the number change to
match our name change - we will still be answering the old phone number during November.

America's Realty is a successful real estate company in Georgia with over 200 agents and 5 offices
They already contracted our services here in Georgia - however they have recently decided to go
nationwide and franchise in all states. They looked high and low for software companies to do
their nationwide real estate portal and back-end administrative features. Many companies were
contacted and they even considered highering their own programmers to do the work. However, in
the end the choice was clear - RAM Web Solutions was the clear choice! Evanil de Paula will be assigned to them
on retainer to build all their franchising and administrating systems. We believe America's Realty
will be the first franchise with a 100% web based administrative and reporting system!

Our Linux Hosting servers are legendary! However, our Windows servers, although fast and reliable have
never been on par with our cutting edge Linux offerings. Now, even our Windows 2003 servers offer
top-of-the-line features that equal those of our famous Linux Servers (Spam/Virus filters,
Control Panels, more space, etc...). We continue to show our
continued effort and support of our customers.
